My oh My what a beautiful city.

I can honestly say it was a brilliant break away for us, we explored the city both shopping and touring infamous sights. May I say we even dabbled in some Irish Drinking and considering I don't drink Lager and Ale, I tried my best to take a sip of Guinness.... Never again!

Just thought I would share some photos from our trip and show you the places we visited. If any of you have any recommendations for Ireland then we are glad to say we are going back a little bit later on in the year... Belfast maybe.

The Trip:

So we arrived late Friday afternoon, due to the rubbish weather causing delays. Although the flight was only 30 mins and we didn't stay too far from the airport. Connor is a huge rugby fan and of course booked our stay at Crooke Park Hotel. Which may I add was fantastic, it faced Crooke park itself and we received brilliant service from the hotel and the staff.
We took ourselves out to Temple Bar and lets just say I don't remember getting back to the hotel... but what I do know is I broke my glasses that night! The only pair I had on the trip with me!

Saturday day we took ourselves to St Johns Shopping square, it was certainly an eye opener, but we spent most of Saturday day shopping and dabbling in and out of authentic Irish pubs. Lets just say Saturday night entailed quite a bit of drinking. We were lucky enough to experience Tradfest weekend, loads of Irish music and live bands!!!

Thought I'd leave you with some pictures of our trip...
How long has it been since I last wrote a post? Theres been a few changes in my life over the past 8 months, some which have surprised me and others which have changed me.

I would like to take this time to apologies for my absence to my readers, but I am back and fully fueled to make 2015 my year of blogging!

Where do I start... How about the new relationship in my life. Things went a little down hill in the middle of last year, something which I dont want to open up to about. But things took a turn for the best at the end of 2014, when I met my amazing other half! Things have been perfect the past 4 months. I would honestly say I am a changed person, Im happy all the time, and quite frankly back to my normal self.

Other things to note that I have taken up a new lease of life in the world of Fitness and Healthy Eating. Its time to kick my back side into arse, and turn myself into a healthy size.

I thought I would keep this quite short and sweet and just let you know that Im easing myself back into blogging with 1 post a week. These posts will be a mixture of health and life style, makeup, clothing and basic reviews. Hey! You never know you might even come across some photos of weekends away me and my beaut have planned!

Thanks for sticking with me and following me.

My hair is naturally light brown, well strawberry blonde, and I dye my hair dark brown. I have done ever since I was about 12, because I was teased in school the usual "ginger" taunts. This is something I deeply regret doing, as my hair when it grows through at the roots is not the same colour it used to be, but hey our hair changes with age. My hair used to be naturally curly, tight curls which then dropped with the amount of times I used heat tools on my hair, and now it has a very loose wave in the ends.

So my family and friends, know me as a person whose a fan of the dark brown hair dye bottle.
I have made some crazy decisions regarding my hair in the past couple of years and I am going to show you some of them.

So in 2010 I decided to chop my hair off completely. Those who know me, know that I am not a fan of the hairdresser's scissors because of a this bad hair mistake I made a couple of years ago, when I decided I wanted my hair chopping to my ears!! Cringe

May 2010

Skipping forward to 2013..Last year, I then decided to dip dye my hair when the trend was in, So it was dark at the roots and a golden brown on the ends, this was something I quickly regretted because of the state and condition it left my hair in.

Here is a photo of my dip dyed locks...

After the dip dye completely ruined my hair, I decided to go back to the dark brown and had the chop. Yes a couple of inches to remove most of the dip dye from my hair.
Back to the aftermath of the dip dye, I then decided Last July (2013) that I wanted a couple of highlights put through my hair to lighten it for the summer... These highlights were more light brown and caramel toned. Something which in time lightened my hair through the sunshine, and put my hair back into good condition.

Marbella - August 2013

Although, come the end of November (2013) I then decided I wanted to go back dark! I change my hair more than I change my underwear... No i am joking. But I do like to switch it up quite a bit. So I did quite well in all I lasted Dark brown until March 2014... that is long for me I mean 5 months and only a couple of root touch ups, Dare I say I praised myself.

Christmas 2013

But wait for it, Yes after watching the process of Khloe Kardashian and her sisters, Kylie and Kim change their hair repeatedly from dark to blonde, I decided I wanted a slice of the Kardashian lifestyle and changed my hair.
I do not recommend this transformation to be done yourself at home, as you will witness photos of how my hair went. Because I literally decided one Saturday that I wanted to lighten my extremely dark brown hair to a more golden toned blonde, I took myself off to Boots and bought some box dyes. I purchased the 2 L'oreal Ombre Kits numbers 1 and number 2 mixed them both and took to attacking my hair. Trying to create the whole dark roots and golden locks I brushed it from mid quarter of my roots... and let me tell you this is what I would of called a disaster.

I would never recommend trying to recreate this hairstyle from home, unless you are a trained hairdresser!

So anyway, after the whole ginger situation which looked like this...

I then decided to bite the bullet and contact my hairdresser to sort out my mess! What a joy when she told me she could fit me in the following day. Because my hair was so badly damaged through the 2 box dyes, and it was a golden orange colour she could not get my hair as light as I wanted. But instead put through a dark matte brown shade on my roots, and extra blonde toner through parts of the length to create the dark to light contrast.

This is how my hair looks at the moment; darker on top and lighter towards the ends.

However, I am booked to go back to the hairdressers in 4 weeks time to have the white blonde put through the ends, and therefore will have achieved my desired hair.. fingers crossed. I will keep you updated with my hair progress soon.
I know ive been gone for a while, but there will be a post explaining why by the end of this week. I just thought i would come back with a beauty haul first.

If you follow me on twitter and instagram then you will know that I have just got back from a holiday in Egypt and treated myself to a few beauty goodies at duty free (who can't resist duty free shopping?)

I thought I would be quite restrained because recently I have told myself not to buy anymore makeup because I simply have too much and hardly use the products I own. So in my eyes 3 products was not that bad...

(1) Mac Mineralize Blush - Dainty £20 I unintentionally bought this product, I was after a darker pink shade a little bit dark and less shimmery than my Nars Orgasm, but the woman showed me this on my skin and i instantly fell in love and knew I needed this for summer. The light pink shimmery blush i thought would wash me out, because of my pale skin but actually did the complete opposite and put some colour into my cheeks. This retails for £20 buying direct from Mac and I think I paid £17 at the airport.

(2) Benefit - They're Real Mascara £19.50 This mascara was on my list, I previously owned this and didn't think very highly of it, those of you who regularly read my blog will know my opinion. However, My sister convinced me to give this another go, I mean if the whole of the nation voted it the number 1 mascara then how come I don't get on with it? The thing that annoyed me last time was that I found it hard to remove, but now that I have changed up my makeup remover I actually find it quite easier. I bought this for £16.50 and by the rate of things this is now becoming one of my fave mascaras, I don't quite think anything will beat my Rimmel lash accelerator mascara though!

(3) YSL Rouge Volupte Shine - shade 11 £24 Ok so this is now my second YSL lipstick and I am slowly but surely falling in love and find myself wanting to own every single shade. I went for shade 11 because I have been after a brown shimmer toned nude, pink nudes wash me out too much (perks of pale skin). But this brown tone really suits my lips, its subtle and a great summer day time shade. I don't often wear nudes but I have really been loving it at the moment, especially with the sun shining, it has an aqua glistening finish which is something i really like about this lipstick. Thumbs up to YSL for this shade, i shall be making a new purchase very soon.
I started slimming world a couple of months ago, and have been posting a couple of recipes. A few months back I did a post about finding the real me, and how insecure I felt about myself. This time im doing a positive post and looking back on the start of my journey and how far I have come.

So I started the gym, and slimming world, changing my eating habits and working out has helped my body to change.

The photo on the left was taken almost 12 months ago, 8 months before I started my journey. I was really insecure about the way I looked and hated photos. The image on the right was taken just over 2 months ago (new years eve) and I am proud and more confident in the way I look, and don't mind being in photos.

For me it wasn't so much about losing weight because I was 'overweight' it was about helping myself to gain more confidence in my body, and losing weight is just one of the ways I can achieve my confidence boost.

I know that I have a long way to go to reach my 'target' weight at slimming world but I hope with my families support and the motivation from myself I can achieve my target, as well as achieving confidence within my body.

I hope you guys don't mind if I keep you updated with a couple posts throughout my journey. If anybody has any questions then feel free to message me regarding slimming world or anything in general.

If any of you have any questions regarding my current gym routine, or simply find yourself needing some motivation to stay on the wagon then feel free to contact me on here or by email at smansell94@gmail.com

Many thanks, Love

Hi Guys, there hasn't been a beauty post in a while but with it being a new year, I've decided to come back to the Blogging world, and my first beauty post back will be my Mac Palette.

Over Christmas I received the 15 eye shadow palette, along with a couple of eye shadows I have accumulated on my way. This post will do a run through of the shadows which are currently in my Mac Palette. It's not full yet but it is getting there.

Lost the stickers of the left bottom 2 shades, didn't apply when depotting. Guessed the shadows to my best knowledge :)

So my palette is a large pro palette with the 15 shadow inserts; the large palette retails for £14 and the shadow inserts retail for £6.50. The eye shadows depending on what form retail from £10 (if you buy them in pan) or £12.50 if you buy them in the pot. You can depot the shadows yourself, or its better to buy them in pan with the magnets already applied and then just pop it in the palette.
This mascara was from Selfridges and is by Tom Ford it retails for £34 and I thought I would share with you my thoughts on the mascara...

Atfirst glance the packaging is rather swanky, and one which I like. The detailing of the TF on the top of the mascara is something which I love within Tom Ford products. The brown marble effect packaging with the gold detailing again is something which is astetically pleasing to the eye, packaging thumbs up.

Opening the mascara, the wand is something which I consider to be make or break. The wand is a full bristle brush, and is my favourite type of wand for creating volume, length and drama. The mascara itself is of a wet consistency not too dry but not to wet that it leaves marks when you blink. All in all I love the formula of this mascara and the dark blackest black shade that really makes my lashes black! I love this mascara, and it was definitely a good find of mine.

The only thing that puts me off repurchasing this mascara once it is used up is the price, coming in at £34 is a little bit steep for mascara, especially when there are so many others on the market that I want to try and are considerably little cheaper.

Thanks Tom Ford for your wonderful mascara, but no so much a thank you for the price!! Ouch!!

All I all this mascara receives a score of...
I hope this year is a good one, and im kick starting the new year with a complete health kick. Each week I will be posting a recipe which I will have made during the week, something which is relatively simple to rustle up and freeze for easy meals during the week.

This week it is the slimming world Chilli Con Carne with an added twist, for those of you who are familiar with slimming world or are even members yourself this chilli is SYN FREE, and therefore means you can eat as much as you want without feeling guilty.

You will need:
- Frylight
- 400g Extra Lean Minced Beef
- 400g can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- Tomato Puree
- 200g red kidney beans (Drained)
- 250ml Beef stock
- Chilli Powder
- Paprika
- Salt & Pepper (if you wish)

Method:
1) First of all chop your onions and place them into a pa which has been sprayed with frylight, leave them till they are soft and turning golden brown. Then add 1tsp of paprika, and 1 tsp of chilli powder, stir them together and start to input the minced beef.

2) Stir the minced beef until it starts to brown, then add your 250ml beef stock (i use 2 beef stock cubes and water), add the chopped tomatoes and 1tbsp of tomato puree and stir until binded together. Leave to simmer for 20 minutes until the remaining water has been binded and the chilli is quite thick.

3) Then drain the kidney beans, and wash lightly. Add the kidney beans to the mixture and stir for 5 minutes. Add any salt and pepper and extra spices until the chilli is to your liking. Personally mine tastes fine with the spices added which have been mentioned in the recipe and has a little kick.

You can then eat your chilli till your heart is content, and freeze the rest once it has chilled. This chilli can be freezed for upto 1 month.
However, I do have a post on my favourite festive candle...

My other half surprised me the other day with a new Yankee Candle, I've been poorly all week and he thought It would be a nice surprise, and it most certainly was.
I love the scent of this candle, although at the moment due to my illness I can not smell it and therefore I haven't burnt it yet to waste the smell.

But I can tell you if your like sweet smelling candles such as vanilla cupcake, or butter cream then you will love this candle! It smells so festive and sweet and oh so christmassy, I love the scent and can not wait to burn it.

The candle's come in different sizes and forms, I got a medium Jar candle which you can see here...

Christmas Cookie Medium Jar £16.99

They come in tarts, tumblers, big jars, small jars, car air fresheners... etc. So check them out, I know Clintons cards in the UK sell them and you can also get them online direct from Yankee Candle, or on other sites for a little bit cheaper. As the pricing of these candles is a tad bit extravagant. For this medium sized candle the prices was £16.99

Anyway, I just thought I would share and recommend my festive candle.
I will be back posting regularly in the new year, (2-3 times a week) but there will still be a post a week leading up to the new year.

Thanks for reading, Speak to you all soon
I thought I would share with you all my go to December Christmas look, one which I haven't really been changing since November, apart from a couple eye shadow changes and some different lipsticks so here goes... I am also going to review a couple of the products I use in this post as well so keep your eyes wide open for them!

To start with I moisturised my skin with my Simples rich day moisturiser and left this to soak in for a couple of minutes. I then applied my L'Oreal Skin Perfection serum over the top, I like to use this as a primer, and it also helps to reduce the redness in my skin 2 in 1 I suppose. I got this product a couple of months ago and wanted to try and test it before I reviewed. So I purchased this probably at the beginning of October and have used it everyday and I mean everyday. I can notice the difference in my skin, the redness is reduced the texture of my skin is very soft and my complexion is pretty much perfect, one product which did not break me out.
After my L'Oreal serum I moved straight on to foundation, not giving the product time to sink in is a good thing sometimes. My foundation of choice at the moment is Mac Studio Fix Fluid NC15 a product you have all heard me rave on about for far too long, but a foundation with perfect coverage for the winter. I blend this onto my face with my Real Techniques expert face brush and then leave to dry for a little while.

L'Oreal Skin Perfection | Mac Studio Fix Fluid

After my cream based products I then powdered my face with my Rimmel stay matte powder, and moved swiftly onto my brows. I feel like I can't apply my eye shadow if my brows aren't done. So I use my Rimmel eyebrow pencil in dark brown to draw in my shape and outline and then use MAC Mystery eye shadow to fill in my eyebrows to darken them, as my brows are white.

Top Right (Mac Mystery) | Rimmel Dark Brown Brow Pencil

After the brows were done I moved onto my eyes, I've been using cream shadows as bases during winter so my eyes aren't too drying. I have been loving the seventeen metallic shades, especially the metallic bronze coloured one, sorry the names rubbed off. I then use my naked 2 palette but switch up the colours i use to blend from the outer corner into the crease. Ive been really liking 'Blackout' blended into the gold shadow base for a real smoky eye! After my shadows are done, I then tend to add some mascara, and if its a night time occasion some false lashes.

My favourite mascara at the moment is Soap and Glory Thick and Fast, I really like the wand on this mascara, the thick bristles are perfect for my lashes at the moment, to give them the definition and volume they need throughout the day.

On to the cheeks, I've been loving my Nars blusher in Orgasm, so conventional and well loved by all, it is one product which I can honestly not live without in the make up world. I like to team this with Mac's Lightscapade mineralized skin finish, and a bit of Mac bronzer in Matte Bronze. If you wanted to swap these for high street products I recommend, Topshops Crescent Moon highlighter, Sleek Rose Gold Blush and any matte bronzer to contour and define those cheek bones.

I tend to switch up my lip colour quite a lot but in the photo I am wearing from the Gothic Collection at Collection shade number 2 Revenge, with a nude models lip pencil underneath. That tends to be the choice or my Mac Rebel, Mac Up the Amp or L'Oreal 332.

This will include presents you can buy from your mum, sister, auntie, niece, friend, girlfriend anybody who is female basically! So to stop me from rambling anymore I shall start, so here is my Christmas gift guide part 1.

Every girl loves perfume or make up or something that generally makes them feel good about themselves. So I opted for 2 make up products, 1 perfume, a make up bag and a purse.

Now to start with my sisters just about to turn 18 and is loving being involved with using makeup at the moment, however she's been using a lot of mine. Which I don't mind just I thought I would like to get her some of her own. So she had been eyeing up my naked 2 palette, and then when we went shopping she opted for this one. For those of you who don't know, Naked Palettes are by urban decay and they have 12 eye shadows all neutral toned but with shimmer and sparkle, they suit everyone's tone and would make a great gift for a female member because everyone loves a bit of sparkle.

The brow zings, is tailored to some people, not everyone draws on their eyebrows, but for someone you know loves their brows this is perfect. It comes in 3 shades so be careful when picking the right shade, but it is the perfect brow kit to create those HD brows.

Perfume is something nearly every woman loves and uses on a regular basis. I chose this particular one because Its for my mum, She loves the original Loverdose and every time the advert comes on the tv for this she ooohs and ahhhs about how she needs it. Need I mention the smell is out of this world. I love a strong scented perfume and this is one for those people. This would be great for someone of a younger age but also a little bit older too depending on their taste.

Now the makeup bag would be something for a younger female. Again this was for my sister, she goes through makeup bags like their going out of fashion there a bit of a fad. But I thought I would get one that can fit just enough make up in for a daily basis, It can be wiped clean and is very handy to fit into a bag.

The matching purse to the make up bag is one for any age. This one is actually my mums, but I know that I want one and I'm 19 and my grandma wants one and she's 72 so this one is one for everyone. Its a little bit pricey but Its long lasting and its a purse, its in and out of a bag and on show everyday.

Keep an eye out for my male Christmas gift guide which shall be very soon. Let me know what your buying for friends and family this Christmas below.

Hi guys and dolls, I thought I would do a post about my favourite makeup product. LIPSTICK! for those of you who hadn't guessed by the title of this post. Anyway, seeing its autumn/fall I thought I would do a post of my favourite lipsticks which I have been going to on a daily basis to wear and make my look autumnal! If you want to see a full Autumnal makeup look then make sure you check out my previous post which is HERE!!

Lets get crack-a-lackin'...

From Left to Right Top to Bottom; Order of Lipsticks

1. Collection Gothic Glam - Revenge Shade 3 I have spoke about my love for this lipstick before. I love the deep red wine colour this lipstick gives, It makes any makeup look , look autumnal and seasonal. The great thing I love about this lipstick is that normally with deep colours they tend to stain your lips a little, but you can simply wipe this off and there is no trace. The lasting stay on this lipstick is really good as well to say that I only paid £2 for it. If you want to see a more in depth post about this lipstick then you can here.

2. YSL Rouge Vulupte Shine Lipstick (Shade 7) I bought this lipstick on kind of a whim for a present for my mum as she loves wearing browny neutral shades but ended up liking it so much I bought myself one! This lipstick is more on the glossy shine side, something I dont usually tend to go for. But I love the finish and feel of this lipstick, Again its really moisturising something you need to be going for in the winter to keep your lips soft and smooth, and the colour is gorgeous, browny nude. The gloss makes your lips look super healthy and really appealing. This is by far one of my faves and I will be giving the range another go, maybe a bright pinky colour. You can purchase this lipstick here.

3. Calvin Klein - Fusion This lipstick isn't actually mine, but its my sisters. I have stolen it for this season, As I love the deep fuscia pink colour pay off from this lipstick. This lipstick reminds me of a cross between Macs Rebel and Mac's up the amp, 2 lipsticks which I own and have worn before. Although, This one the texture is a little bit softer on the lips and more moisturising. The staying power of this is really good and long lasting as well. I like to team this lip with a gold soft smoky eye, or a taupe coloured eye.

4. Mac - Russian Red All time cult classic colour, the only thing im not too keen on is the matte finish, but I can deal with that to have nice looking red lips. This is pretty much the classic red lip lipstick. The undertones work really well with almost every skin type and this really makes my teeth stand out and look white, thanks to the blue undertones. I wear this colour mainly for going out shopping as such, and love to team this with a high top knot bun, thick black liner and a smokey eye yet again! Super autumnal.

5. Maybelline Colour Sensational - Mystic Mauve Shade 250 This is a 'neutral pink' lipstick which I generally wear all year round. But this is great in autumn and winter, when you can't really be bothered to put on a full face of makeup, but need something to stop your lips looking so pale and dry. This lipstick is super moisturising, I find all of the lipsticks from this range to be moisturising and I love wearing this lipstick just on its own with some mascara. Its a your lips but better kind of pink and helps to add colour when your feeling all winter and pale.

6. Maybelline Baby Lips - Cherry OK so I know this isn't really a lipstick, but like the one above I love this for just moisturising my lips but giving me a slight hint of colour, so I don't look really washed out. This baby lips is one of my favourite ones, I love the scent and the amount of colour It pays off, Its not too much, Just right.
For those of you who have been living under a rock, either not been on instagram or checked out some blogs then you might want to know that the Naked 3 Palette is not a hoax or a fake and it is actually on its way from the Spring 2014 collection.

The palette tends to be more of a rose gold eyeshadow, I have a photo I have taken off another blog to compare the eyeshadow palettes and their shades.

So I start back at university for my second year this year, and me and my friend Amy from MakeupEscape have decided to move in together. As your reading this your probably thinking 2 bloggers who love makeup living together is not a good idea.. I assure you we have influenced each other quite alot.

But, Because I am away from home for a while I kind of thought it was a bit too much to bring my entire makeup collection with. Because, I will be going back home some weekends and will need some stuff there. Therefore, I decided to bring a quantity of my makeup with me and I thought I would show you guys how i store it.

At home I store my makeup in muji storage and the draws on my dresser which you will have seen in previous posts. If not the links are here:
My Dresser
Makeup Storage

The makeup storage post is rather old, well nearly a year old so keep your eyes open for a new updated 'home makeup storage' but seen as though this one is a post on my new storage at uni lets get crack-a-lacking.

So to start off with I keep most of my makeup in this cutlery divider from Ikea which is available here. This was really cheap £1.50 and I knew it would fit in a draw because thats what there made for! Anyway, I tend to store most of my makeup in this apart from my foundation which I will talk about after...

Top left I like to keep my bulky items such as my Naked 2 Palette, Sleek Oh So Special Palette, Nars Orgasm Blush, Mac Mineralize Skinfinish Soft & Gentle, Mac MSF Lightscapade and Mac Bronzer in Matte Bronze.

In the section underneath this I like to keep my brushes and some cotton pads which I use to take my make up off. My brushes include real techniques, Mac and unbranded brushes. My real techniques brushes have been mentioned in posts before but I will do an updated post soon on my brush collection. In the mean time if you have any questions about my brushes then feel free to ask/contact me.

Moving on to top right I keep my 'not everyday brushes' so like spare brushes my MUA Pro Brow Palette and a Neutral W7 Palette. This is basically my random stuff both of which have been discontinued and I can't find on-line or in store anywhere, sorry guys.

In the section below that I keep my eyeshadows these include; Mac Woodwinked, Nars Ondine, Mac Paintpot in Indianwood, 17 Wild Nude Metallic, Maybelline 24 hour Colour Tattoo in Metallic Pomegranate, MUA Brown and My Mac Quad consisting of Star Violet, Mystery, Rule and Naked Lunch. On to the other pieces in this section this includes; Bourjois Bronzing Primer & Benefit Sun Beam Highlighter. Merely because there was no other space to put these.

The bottom section consists of Mascara, Concealer and Lip Crayons. Seventeen Phwoarr Paint Light, Mac Mineralize Concealer NW15, Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer Light 2, Maybelline Gel Eyeliner Blackest Black, Mac Eye Khol Teddy, Rimmel Brow Pencil Dark Brown, Rimmel Lash Accelerator Endless Mascara Black, Soap & Glory Thick and Fast Mascara, L'Oreal Dimantissime Mascara, Revlon Just bitten Kissable Balm Stains in Rondezvous, Lovesick and Crush.

This is my basic collection I brought from home, almost everyday wear if you like. I also keep some stuff such as my foundation on top of my dresser.

Hey Guys and dolls, so I've not done a fashion style post in a while its been all about the haulin' and the make up. So, I thought I would do a little Jewellery post to get me back into the mood of things. I have picked my top 6 favourite items, Jewellery which I wear often and sometimes most days depending on my mood I love a good piece of costume jewellery from necklaces to rings.

Before I ramble anymore here are my top 6 picks:

1. New Look - Glass Heart Necklace. I actually bought this necklace in the sale and it cost me a grand total of £1.50. I fell in love with it instantly though the detail and the scratching on the glass heart was probably the thing that sold me to buy it. I also love the length of the chain, it sits quite nice between my collar bones and is the perfect length for a collar shirt necklace. I bought this near the end of last year and don't think it is available anymore.

2. River Island - Gold Toned Jewel Earrings. These earrings aren't sold on-line any more but you might still find them in the shops. I have found an alternative (without the jewels) here for £1.50. These earrings were £5 and I think they look great with a simple pony tail, I've worn them with my hair down before but because its in front of my face you can't really see the earrings. Im not a huge fan of crosses, especially when the 'cross themed gothic trend' was out and about earlier this year but I really like these surprisingly.
3. New Look -Gold Oval Ruby Ring wahey a product that is still available to buy online. I bought this ring just over 2 weeks ago as I am loving the deep red ruby look at the moment with jewellery and lips and this ring looked fabulous on my pale hands may I add with my deep red nail varnish I was wearing at the time. This ring was a real steal costing just £2.99 BARGAIN!!! I have been wearing this almost everyday, switching up the finger and teaming with deep red lips.

New Look Gold Toned Oval Ruby Ring - £2.99

4. Primark - Silver and Turquoise drop earrings. I think these are still in store and they were around the £1.50/2 mark. Really cheap and look really chic, these to me don't seem like anything you would find in primark, more of a topshop etsy kind of earring. I swear when I got these everyone around the jewellery stand had a pair I love them.

5. Ebay- Triangle bunting bracelet. This bracelet is my number 1 steal my favourite all time item and cost me under £1.50 you can get it here. Numerous of people have this bracelet including Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter. She is the main reason why I bought this bracelet, I saw it on her blog and thought it look so shabby and worth alot more than it was. It only took 1 week to get from the seller (china) which I thought was reasonably good considering the postage and packaging was free.

eBay Triangle Bracelet - £1.50

6. Silver Studded Spiked Bracelet. I can not remember for the life of me where this bracelet was from but I love it. This is quite thick and chunky and tends to annoy my sleeves on my clothing. So, I tend to wear this bracelet with a short sleeved dress or inside the house without sleeves. Typical me always finding a problem with something. I think this cost me about £3 which I think is brilliant considering the quality and make of the bracelet, Its really sturdy and doesn't loosen the elasticated strap.

So thats it my top 6 jewellery picks. What's your favourite jewellery or style? Do you like costume or simple silver?
Hiyaaa my lovelies!

My favourite body care brand is soap and glory and I love love love it! For those of you who don't know what soap and glory it, it essentially is a skin care turned makeup brand that is available here in the UK. Its products range from sweet smelling body lotions to citrus scented shower gels.

A different scent for your daily needs.

I like all of the scents if im completely honest, but some of them are a little to sweet and over powering. I've narrowed my selection of products down to just 2. 2 products I think people should try if they have never tried soap and glory (or at least open in the shop and have a little smell).

2 products I have chosen are body lotions, 1 Is a body butter and the other is a smoothie moisturizer.

Both of these were in a set I received last Christmas, But I have been out and re-purchased these separately since. At the moment at boots up until Christmas they carry out offers such as 3 for 2 on soap and glory, or spend £10 or more on body products and get £15 worth of boots points. I most definitely chose to stock up on my soap and glory when these offers are on, as its hard not too especially when your getting something for free.

The Righteous Butter is hands down one of the best body butters I have ever tried. This softens my skin, even the roughest of areas such as my elbows. I like to use this during the winter, even though my skin tends to be very soft, during the winter my skin does go a little bit dehydrated and dry. This tub will last me around about 2-3 months which for a body butter I consider this to be quite good. The amount you get is well worth the money as well. This product retails for £10.50 but if you carry out the offers i mentioned above you'll soon find out that the cheapest ones are free. The scent of this is rather sweet, and a bonus is it contains shea butter and aloe vera, which locks in the moisture. When I apply this on my skin, after about 20 minutes my skin feels like silk, it is so smooth and another huge bonus is a little goes a very long way as the thickness of the cream isnt so thick that it doesn't spread.

Smoothie Star Deep Moisture Body Milk is again my all time favourite body moisturizer. I use this every day after my shower to keep the moisture locked into my skin. The smell of this is absolutely divine this moisturizer also contains cocoa butter, almond, honey and yoghurt. The combination of this gives the most incredible smell. It is so hard to explain the smell, but its sweet and very 'food-like' if that makes any sense its a little bit like chocolate but a bit more sweeter. I would recommend having a smell in one of your nearest boots for a true scent. But this one just like the body butter locks in the moisture and I can still feel the silkiness and smoothness on my skin after about 3 hours of application. The scent also lingers on your body, and my friends and family compliment the smell all the time. Especially my partner he thinks it smells divine compared to other moisturizers I have tried in the past.

Let me know what your favourite soap and glory products are, of If you have tried any and your not a fan. I love to hear your opinions so contact me and let me know.

Happy ol Hallo' Eve to you all. We have a surprise guest on my blog today and this is taking the form of my sister and her Zombie Halloween Tutorial for you all! We both are celebrating Halloween on Saturday 2nd November and so have been practicing our makeup for our outfits. Mine was up earlier this week you can check my vampire tutorial out Here and now its time for a zombie tutorial...

So to start off with you can either chose foundation or white face paint. I chose to use a light foundation and applied a thin layer all over the face using my hands. I then went on to lightly powder the skin to make sure the foundation was matte we don't get shiny zombies now do we. After this we then took a black eye shadow we used the black shade out of the Sleek Oh So Special! Palette swirled my real techniques contour brush in it and then tapped off the excess shade on the back of my hand.

We then applied this to the cheeks as you would if you were contouring, Chaz sucked in her cheeks and we drew a line with the brush and then blended with the other side. We repeated this on both cheeks until the hollowness was as dark as we desired. You can chose to go darker or lighter depending on what you desire.

After the cheeks we then went on to apply the same colour to the temples on both sides of the head and blended into the centre of the forehead. Taking the same brush we applied a dark purple shade (from an un-named palette) and placed this underneath the contoured cheek bones, blending up into the black (on both sides). This is pretty much the cheeks done, we then went on and applied the excess off the brush onto the jaw line and blended up towards the face to create shadow.

Onto the brows and the eyes... For brows we kept it simple and used the dark brown colour out of the Sleek palette I mentioned earlier, on the real techniques eye brow brush and just brushed the hairs upwards.

On the eyes we applied the same black shadow on a small blending brush and applied this to the eyes patting it down, and then using my Mac 217 to blend the shade down, creating a deep hollow effect. We then ran the same purple from the cheek bones under the eye, but just a little bit darker. Doing this a couple of times to create some layers and definition. I then blended this down on the cheeks with my Real Techniques domed shadow brush to help blend the eyes and make them look sunken and bruised. We then applied some gel liner to the top of the eyes and a kohl liner to the bottom lash lines, a couple coats of mascara and the eyes were done!

The lips were so simple to do, we basically coated them in foundation and applied the purple shade we used before around the outside of the lips and blended in wards. We then took the black shade and applied this to the corner of the lips and blended in. This was basically the lips done.

All we did then was add the blood using a paint brush and the look was complete.

We would love to see some of your Halloween looks so post some photos or if you've done a post, comment the link below and we will check it out!

Hey guys its getting so close to my favourite time of year Halloween! So I thought I would do a little post on what Im dressing up for this year as Im going to a party same as every year, Although this year I thought I would change it up from the usual witch to a sexy bloody vampire. Heres my trial run let me know what you all think...

P.S the fangs kept falling out! Getting some new ones for the party...

So to start off I used a really light foundation Illamasqua shade 2 and blended this out all over my face, applying some of the Seventeen Phwooarrr Paint under my eyes and on any blemishes. I then used my Rimmel Stay Matte Powder all over my face to take the shine off my foundation and too keep the concealer in place.

Next I moved onto the eyes and took a red shade from an unnamed palette and applied this all over the lid. I then went in with a purple from a Bobbi Brown Palette and applied this to the outer corners and the centre of my eye. After this I then took 'Blackout' from the Naked 2 Urban Decay Palette and applied this to the corner of my eyes, blending this shade inwards to create a round socket effect.

Then I took the purple shade I used earlier and applied this underneath my eye to create a sunken deep look. I then took a pencil point brush and my Maybelline Gel Eyeliner in Black and started to draw some veins underneath my eyes, I then took a Red Lip shade from an old Victoria palette and started to carry on with the veins. To set these in place I used some Baby Talc powder and brushed this over the under eyes and generally all over the face to make it super toned.

To finish off the eyes I then applied some of my fave lashes Eylure 202 Lashes to my top lash line and then filled in any gaps with some of my gel liner.

Last but not least the lips, I used my Collection Gothic Glam lipstick in shade 3 Revenge and applied this all over my lips first of all with a lip brush and then with the bullet itself. And this was the look I achieved.
This isn't perfect to how I'd want it but for a first try I would say its pretty good.

To create the look of blood around my mouth I used a red lip colour, the same as under the eyes and smudged it out with my fingers around my lips and down my neck.

What are you dressing us as for Halloween?
